In order to help on these projects a couple things are needed

- You need to be qualified to do the task.
- You need to be appointed by the Pastor

Paint Ceiling at side entrance.

Brickwork - Drop off area across from front door bricks are spalling

Doors and Doorframes - Paint interior doors and frames in hallway/office

Electrician - rewire hallway lights for LEDs

Electrician - Run Cat 5 Cable to tower to beam WIFI over to Center

Center- Paint Railing

Center - Check pressure washer and see if it works or needs repairs

Center Grease Trap - Weld and grind exit spout that has corroded to near end of its life

Center - tilework on floor in walk in fridge - we have tiles to replace broken ones

Center - install video security camera in kitchen

Window Sill Repair - Back office window sill needs wood replaced and painted

Repair plaster and paint - up high near elevator and lower along that same wall

Emergency exit light - trade battery to see if battery is bad and check unit - Completed SH

Emergency light - choir loft - replace light bulb

Downspout - Remove cover, shop vacuum out pigeon sticks and debris

Electrician - Heat switches on fan units at entrance - Motors?

Electrician - Camera at entrance and screen in basement for access control

Mason - Back stairs mortar repairs

Mason - Rectory Hand Rail stonework to be dismantled and rebuilt - big job

Mason - Rectory Chimney to be removed

Mason - Rectory walls to be repointed with proper lime based mortar.

AV - Install drop down screen in basement for projection

Windows - inspect, oil and get parts made to repair window hardware on Stain Glass

Windows - exterior storm windows - install vents 3" circles on upper and lower glass

Windows - Caulking and repainting of exterior storm window frames

Weather-stripping - install weatherstripping on doors.

Rectory - Pressure wash porch and porch cieling

Lower Crucifix on wall - Completed - ThankYou Knights

Lower Stations of the cross

Remove old Organ - Completed -ThankYou Knights

Electrician - Run Cat 5 Cable to Rectory

Beams - Clean and Paint

Pew - Sand/Clean water damaged pew and varnish

Caulking - Patch caulking on Stained glass units

SM - Rectory keypad - investigate if broken or batteries? - Completed - Thanks Barry

Open up vents on front columns that are plugged with caulking

Investigate Bell system
